Elven throwing Thingie

On the main page are master quests. The throwing quest listed on that page does not match the one my game gave me. I'm supposed to go up to the Glittering Forest to pick up a throwing thingie for the lady at the pub in Black Root. All I'm finding is trees at the map point. Any suggestions?

 

You are on the right location you just have to look around more, I think. I think it is a passage not to far away to the ???(it is not up or down I think).

Still No throwing thingie

I found the stairs into the place the throwing thingie's suggosed to be. I even found a chest with a boomerang, but no special master quest thingie. I serched and searched. Anyone know where it is?

 

check the walk trough. youve got to put out the fires torches in certain orders and you get teleported around. and you find the 5 pronged thing. very annoying it can be.

 

I can't figure out which torch to kill. I've teleported to the big maze and found the dark area, but can't find anyway to proceed. The walkthorough says nothing about torches or mazes. It only says that the thingie is there.

 

this is from some walkthrough. i dont know where its from but follow it and you dont have to do the trial and error thing.

choices are: middle torch, right torch, unlit torch, left torch, left fork,
middle torch.

and you kill all and victory will be yours

 

I can't get the torch to relight. Any suggestions. The usual attack it method seems a no go.

 

make a quick save before you throw(each time)
and then throw the weapon by pusshing Alt.
repeat until you'll find the room that you need.
