Like you said, people do funny things. How else are they going to get a hot meal though? You think that it's going to be available on the train? Or, if it was, that they could afford it?

 

Didn't you ever see Michael Palin's Around the World in 80 Days? He took a trip by train across part of North Africa and let tell you it definately wasn't Amtrak or British Rail.

 

I was wondering too, how are you gonna get hotmeals on a train?.. Load them up on each stop and throw away the ones that got cold...or heat them up on the station and bring them back?.. Stupid stupid underlord...

 

Assuming, of course, they have never heard of ovens or the idea of heating something up when it's needed is somehow repellent to them.

The only difference here is that it is a gas stove. I dunno about AmTrack, but a lot of British Rail trains have ovens on - microwave or electric ones.

 

Hmmm... I overlooked that gas word...

 

Isn't a gas stove quite dangerous in any place? (it's especially dangerous in an over-crowded train of course, but still....)

 

Not in any place. They're quite safe under the water or in space.

Actually, I want to know where Feldon is.

 

Feldon has gone AWOL before, and wasn't here all that long anyway. Jinxed has been a permanent fixture since I can remember.

I hope he hasn't done something silly like gotten himself a life.

 

I think Feldon and Odi are in Tijuana, Mexico checking out the local donkey shows. I remember Feldon mentioning something about that last time we were on IRC together. He probably picked Odi up on his way down there.

As for Jinxed. I think he just got absorbed into the internet. He is now part of "the wired", like in one of his anime cartoons.

 

Actually, Milo has theorised that Feldon is back in Tijuana with...well, there are kids around. Suffice to say, Feldon took pictures when most of us would have run away screaming.

 

I'ma defend gas stoves... Unles handled by idiots they are not dangerous... Unless they're working right.

 

That makes no sense whatsoever loo...It's not dangerous unless it's working properly?

 

In that case, Ioo, I advise you - for your own sake - to stay away from gas stoves.

Then again - for our sake - I'd like you to find the nearest one and just be your natural self.

Just got back from Mexico...
Actually, just got back from Miami. A man has to work sometime, though sporadically.
I didn't take the train back, but I still couldn't get a hot meal. Airlines suck!
