I downloaded the savegame editor from this site and when I try to run the program I get an error stating that a missing DLL file by the extension :MSVBVM60.DLL was not found. I do I rectify this matter.
hmm not to be an ass, but don't use editors? heh just my moral thou i guess i never was one to wanna mess with something to make a game easier. not even sure what this one does.. but you can play the game without it.. im sure.
For some reason that file never seemed to like being sent when I tried to send it which is why it is not in the zip. To find I say go to a search engine like http://www.google.com and use the filename as a search. Normally that turns up several sites to download it from.
Still having editor trouble !! thanks for the help locating the missing DLL file MSVBVM60.DLL . now when I try to run arcanumEDIT I get the following error class not registered on this machine and that I need to install msstdfmt.dll in order for it to run. I followed all the instructions on how to install it after downloading it but I having trouble. how do I change my directory to read c:windowssystem (I mean what do I have to type). P.S I'm a layman PLEASE HELP!!!
heheh okay tried it out just for you cause im bored download it... move all the files except the readme and the exe file into your c:/windows/system folder, if it asks you if you want to replace old files, hit yes. i had to do it like 3 times to get them all in, just highlight them all, copy, move to system folder and paste... make sure you copy over the old ones. then just run the exe, hit open and follow instructions... it looks fun.. but makes it way to easy hehe peace. ps.. didn't mean to sound like an ass, just sayign the game is fun, and doable w/out it :smile: jamie
