Dominating the barbaric soul

Hello friendly denizen.

I hear of an arcane power which would allow my species to unite and finally dominate all of Arcanum. To dominate it's will.

RAWAH-RARARRGH!

But there is a dilemma: On occasion I wish solitude from my lesser cousins. Can a creature, or humanoid for that matter, who's will is permanently dominated be told to "wait"?

Any humanoid who shows himself to be agreeable will be given favor when your species are enslaved. A fine opportunity, I say.
