Doc Roberts - A Man of Many Talents

It would seem that ol' Doc is a bit on the modest side.
Either he didn't want to brag about his accomplishments, or (more likely) decided to stay active after his retirement.
After a search using that name, I found references to acting, bluegrass music, and! a vegetarian cook (of sorts).
