Hehe, looks brutal. Dual wielding medium sized weapons is a bitch though. That -4/-4 penalty can scare away even the bravest of souls...
Oh, no, it isn't. Does the meat cleavers count as such? Never realized that... In that case, you get away with a -2/-2 penalty.
The character who you see it a 1 rogue / 2 barbarian / 6 fighter now. I messed up, and I won't be able to take greater weapon specialization. But I tried out your power attack and I've changed my mind. Given the right circumstances, it can be mayhem. Take a look: Critical With a couple of spells my fighter's attack modifier goes beyond +20 with a whopping 30 strenght.
You could have double weapon thing...and advanced double weapon...or something like that. I'm bad with skills...and I'm a DM in the Dungeons and Dragons World...pff =/
Ah, you mean Two Weapon Fighting and Improved Two Weapon Fighting right? Yeah, those feats are absolutely essential if you want your dual wielding to be effective. Otherwise you get some really bitchy AB penalties - I can't really remember the numbers straight up, but I believe it's like -8/-10. The exact numbers doesn't really matter though - what's essential is that without those feats, dual wielding suck big time elephant balls. Not that it does already... compared to the two other approaches (two-handed and weapon-shield) dual wielding is rather weak. That's not enough to remove the coolness factor of it though. Hehe. I just got an idea for a new character. A Lawful Neutral cleric of St. Cuthbert wielding two shortswords. And he will be hunting vampires and... Huh? Seen too much Hellsing? Me? Nah, you've got to be kidding me...
Well here's the thing Q. I crafted a large metal shield dubbed "The Wall" which gives me +7 to AC. That makes my AC go from 23 to 30. That's a very big difference. With 2 (or 3) attacks I'm able to put down almost everything in my path in one round. I'm getting +14 to hit modifier and deal 35 damage per hit. And around a 100 per critical. (17-20x3 since the cleaver is already "keen") Of course, that's old now. I deal an addition 1d6 fire damage and 2d10 negative energy damage after I upgraded the thing. It's no need to sacrifice my AC to deal more damage. Heh, I tried to make alot of anime characters. Zelgadis from Slayers just to name one. I haven't watched Hellsing, in fact, I don't watch anime anymore, a shame. Well I do, but very rarely.
