    I installed arcanum and my computer Meets all of the specifications but the graphics are covered with black boxes. Did something go wrong with the installation?

    Go to Run. Type 'dxdiag'. Go to Display. Find where it says 'DirectDraw Acceleration: Enabled'. Click on the button that says 'Disable'. Go into Arcanum, see if it worked. I hope it worked.

    Thanks! Beleive it or not, i've been playing it for about 7 months with those bad graphics! I'm on vacation so I can't try it though.

    noooooooooooooo! There isn't a run option in my start up menu!
    What should I do now??

    Um.... What version of Windows are you using? Have you been using any tweak utilities?

    Not your Arcanum start menu. You WINDOWS start menu. You know, the little button, by default on the lower left corner, that says START. Click it. You should see a "Run..." option. Click it.
