    Did you try stunning him then? It's the second spell int he Mental college. Stun him before or after he initiates dialogue, whatever works best, and then run for it!

    Well, there's quite a lot of stuff in the mental college that has the potential to make things easier for him. Charming people to make them less hostile, stunning them so you can run past and dominating their will etc etc. Not a bad thing to have.

    If you have Turn-Based on and go into Combat Mode, you can walk straight past that guy.
