    Australia have to pay twice as much on steam for Civ 5, its not a currency thing, the actual cost itself is double in US currency as well. Why so much hate?

    It's not great.

    It suffers from that oversimplification disease some modern video games have. Big, colourful Mac-style buttons for doing everything.

    With all this talk abou Civ V, does anyone still play Civ IV? I personally do and will keep playing, considering there are no plans to create Fall from Heaven for Civ V.

    I sometimes regret always choosing Huge maps...
