Checking dialogue files (debug)

I was checking dialogue files with debug command line option "-dialogcheck" and I have found many errors similar to this one:

"Checking dialog file dlg\01396Shrouded_Hills_Villager.dlg
Missing NPC response line for females: 1 (dialog line 1)"

Many NPCs have the following starting line:
{1}{G:}{}{}{}{}{}

Is it an error?

There are also many other NPC response lines for females (not line 1) missing ... try to debug the game. Maybe there is some behaviour of Arcanum I don't know - maybe male texts are automatically used when there are empty responses for females?
