CE 1.8 and Charged Accelerator Gun schematic

    I'm playing through the game again and wanted to take a look at all of the schematics that I missed out on in other playthroughs... one of which was the Charged Accelerator gun, which as I understand it is necessary for many of the other weapons, so I downloaded the CE 1.8 and took a look...

    And it seems to be missing from the list of schematics. Am I just daft, or is it really not there?

    Doesn't show up for me, either. Then again, the Character Editor insists that every character I make is a level 30 human with 572 health, so I may not be the best person to ask.
