Can't get UAP to work

Hello, forgive my noob-ness, but I can't seem to get Drog's UAP v091225 to work. I downloaded it, and it says that it installed perfectly. I can even play without the cd, but it seems like there are no changes to the game itself. I'm using version 1.074 of arcanum and I'm running Windows 7. Please help me oh gods of Arcanum (that's you peeps)

Have you tried disabling UAC or one of the multitude of solutions available through the search function?

 

You probably installed to another path, not to Arcanum's path.

 

I've installed it into the Arcanum path (C:\Sierra\Arcanum) and I've disabled the UAC. There's still no changes

 

Don't you have to put it directly into Arcanum's directory, then run it?
