Cannot Install Unofficial Patch

The latest version (091255) of the unofficial patch refuses to install on the basis that it is only applicable to the "English version" of the game. However, my copy of the game was purchased in the United States and has had the official English patch successfully applied to it. Furthermore, if memory serves, I had once installed without issue an earlier version of the patch. The Arcanum install itself was entirely fresh and unmodified, so I can't conceive of anything that might be interfering. Can anyone tell me what the issue might be and how I might go about resolving it?
