You can simply steal it from him.

 

I just keep taunting him watching the reaction go down with every insult until he decides to fight, then its too late for him, he doesn't take up anymore space on the board and the video card runs better.

Here's what you do put a lot of unlit dynamite near him then put a line of unlit dynamite leading to a place where you put your lit dynamite then talk to Sammie White while he is insulting you watch him blow up.(might not work I didn't try)

 

The only problem with that, assuming that unlit dinamites can blow up, is that he might pick some up before you are done.

Too bad we can't plant lit dinamites on people, like in fallout.

 

Then fill his inventory with huge junk or put the dynamite where he can't see it (sometimes it works). And I think he doen't move.

 

boy this topic has gone ob but i beat the game with it because of the electric damage and i hear in te sierra arcanum forum before joining this one that there was a shcematic i think shadygrove metioned it first
