It reminds me of Benny Hill slapping the bald head of that tiny guy, underestimating him.

 

He just rubs bald peoples heads for luck, and that he needs all the luck he can get.

Either that or he’s checking to see if there head is suitable to have his brain implanted into incase of an emergency.

Maybe he thinks that if he shines enough heads that they could blind any future attackers. Or snipers that might be trying to target him.

It could also make you hesitate to send people in to some situations, witch could cost more lives than that of the soldiers.

some people (high school dropouts and such) might not be able to understand how to take something when they are reading it (which would be an achevement in it's own), smilies help with that sense there is no other way to do so, and yes words are obsolete, another reason for the smilies.

:zzz: no, schools here are extremely easy here, you just have to be able to comprhend what they are teaching you. i don't use caps because i find them pointless, besides forums like this are unformal and need no caps, unless you mention a title of something.
