Once again a friend has sent me a link and to my suprise (and disappointment) it wasn't for porn, but a brand new installation in the GTA series titteled GTA San Andreas click HERE for more info. I must it sounds pretty fucking sweet with having 3, count 'em 3 cities to travel around in and BETWEEN!.... I just hope there going to have the same quality of radio stations they had in Vice City.... it's not like i copied them out of the game folder and pley them through winamp or anything......

    More random facts:

    - Changing hairstyles is possible.
    - It purportedly boasts an engine capable of six times the draw distance.
    - Only interior transitions cause load times.
    - There are cars with hydraulics.
    - Appearance alters NPC reactions to the player.
    - Cops can latch onto cars.
    - Motorcycle cops are now in the game.
    - Motorcycles can now do wheelies.
    - The game will be packaged on a single, dual-layered DVD.
    - San Andreas isn't a city, it's an entire state, with three cities, the starting point of Los Santos (Los Angeles) followed by San Fierro (San Francisco) and finally Las Venturra (Las Vegas). Oh, and there's everything between the three as well, up to and including a mountain. Think 6 times the size of Vice City.
    - Set in the early 90's, you're a man that has just been framed for murder and left Liberty City and is forced to start your own criminal empire in a California setting.
    - You get to ride a bike, have four player drive-bys and you have to eat and work out this time around.
    - There's actual management of the businesses you pick up.
    - The towns are realistically modeled this time around, with even more recognizable buildings and such.
    - There's always something to do and all of the missions now move the story along.
    - The whole thing is a lot more fleshed out and complicated.
    - A bunch more shit.

    Info taken from www.actiontrip.com

Still, early 90's... Looks like a "ghetto" style GTA. Can't say I am excited.

Hmmm, something i just noticed is that it looks like it's only coming out on PS2... yet another reason to buy another PS2 due to my old one being killed by my younger cousins.

Yeah, but I am sure there will be a PC version. After all, both GTA3 and Vice City were supposed to be PS2-only.

It looks cool, but I'm pissed that it isn't Tommy Vercetti, and that the game is leaving its Mafia/syndicate roots to jump on the "gangsta" bandwagon.

It's kind of like the final fantasy thing. They never re-use their characters. Well, except for X-2 anyway.

In GTA1 and 2, there was no actual character, it was just a guy in black. In GTAIII and Vice City, it was Tommy Vercetti. Therefore what you just said was nonsense.

If you check the US pattent office under GTA, you'll find that they've also pattented GTA: Tokyo,
GTA: Bogota and GTA: Sin City.

Looks good, I like all the managment stuff, becaue frankly I got really bored with the last GTA. Most missions were just too repetitive of one another.

It wasn't Tommy Vercetti in GTAIII, it was some...guy. A white guy not a fucking Italian who looks and sounds like a fucking mexican. I love the radio from all the games they are so damn funny. And the NPCs, especially the gay ones who shout out lyrics from the Village People

If it comes out on PS2 only then I'm going to buy a PS2, buy GTA:SA, GTA:VC, and GTA3. Speaking of which, I still need to get GTA3 for my computer... hmm... sounds like the grounds for a trip to the computer store!! ^_^

Mmm...lucky my school is a hotbed for piracy :) ...

My friend and I estimate one guy alone, in our year, has distributed around $3 - 400,000 in software. Happy day.

I'm going to chock up on Coke, Burgers and Fries and become the fattest bastard the gaming world has ever seen. Then I might do the same thing in the game as well.

I never took pocket money off my parents, because I knew we could be spending the money elsewhere. And I'm getting a job this holiday break...I promise...

Maybe you could also make a movie about your character gaining weight while you're at it.

When the third game came, I was really exited, but I was pretty disapointed. It just didn't do it for me. GTA 1 is so much better, the graphics, sounds and nice music together with the funny, exiting missions never grows to old. This new trash, despite it's graphics, is nothing like the original. It reminds me of Sim Copter.
