Yes. They are tech manuals, & enable a PC to make tech items from found schematics even without any tech skill at all. For full details look here: http://community.vugames.com/WebX?14@96 ... 6@.ef4dfd0
Yes, they help boost your stat's, do a search on tech manuals for all the answers you could need....... or if your lazy like me you can wait till someone posts the answer for you. welcome to the forums. :wavey: *edit*- Damn you Shady, posting before me like that, it makes me look like an lazy incompetent slacker. **edit**- Shady, what happened to your avatar?, or are you extra special by not having one at all.
Anyone can build an item from a found (or bought) schematic, you just need the experience required from the schematic. One of the ways to do this is from these books. The amount of increase is dependent on your INT, if your int is 10 then each book would increase your rating by 10. If int is 20 then you get a 20 increase, you have to buy less books. The books are temp used to build things and then stored until you need them again, they don't have to stay in your inventory. Now just because you can make it, doesn't mean you can use it! They are technical in nature! Parmanian
I know this is going to sound stupid, but how do I use the book? read it, carry it around? Thanks for the welcome by the way. Have been visiting the boards off and on for a while now, but never had anything to say. By the way does Raven only love you if you are elf, or half elf? Thanks
Don't use them. I prefer to keep people wondering rather than guessing. Or, another take on the subject; any graphic I like gives impresions that I don't wish to give as well as ones I like. I like a still of Hermonie Granger, in Snape's first class, waveing her hand in the air in the universal pick me sign. But that implies, youth, female, Harry Potter fan, & wearing bangs. Either that or what you just said. Full details in the thread that the link in my earlier post gets you to. Exuastive details for that matter.
