As for the picture being Photoshopped - If it has been doctored, then someone did a masterpiece job of it. Even enlarging the picture 1600%, I can't find any evidence of cloning or pasting. I think they are real.

 

I changed to Chelsea2, and Oh My! Looks rather painful.

 

It could just mean they scaled it up even further than that to fine tune the image.
I mean, it's either that or the exposure was too long.

As for enlarging the even more for faking: at 1600% each pixel looks to be 1/4 inch wide at 800x600 resolution. You'd very quickly reach a point of diminishing returns on trying to alter a picture at a higher magnification.

 

So it actually was fake then, interesting.
