In "Reputations" i read that if you own Bates Mansion, you get +5 rep. Simple...How can i buy it from that W.T Moreau guy ? And where is he
The mansion is only available for sail when it's ownerless, that is when Bates is dead. In other words, you have to kill him first and after that's already done, W.T. Moreau appears next to the Tarant University steamrail station.
