Bar Singers and Custom item images

I was wondering anyone could give me some direction, I am making a Mod, I would like an idea for a script for a Bar Singer that would talk like a paper boy would with a headline anouncement, but sings line from a song. Also i was wondering if anyone has a program to make custom item images that can be loaded into the Mod, example a pint of beer or eye patch.

 

I'm not 100% sure what you are asking for, but here is the answer as I understand it.

(I don't have access to my computer so I can't tell you the exact script.)

Make a heartbeat script for the singer which generates a random number between 1 and 20 (I'll use these numbers as an example to keep it simple). Store the random number in global variable 1.
The next line then floats dialogue "global variable 1".

The .txt attached to this script will have lines 1 to 20. These will contain song lyrics which will be floated above the singer's head when the corresponding random number is called.

The heartbeat may be a little too frequent for your liking so in that case generate a random number from 1 to 40. Leave lines 21 to 40 empty in the .txt so that when they are called the singer doesn't say anything.
