And saw a bloke on the back of a ute holding a bbq get smashed in the face by it as the driver went too fast around a corner. But yeah, was a decent day overall, though it's not as if my patriotic spirit gives a shit.

Forgive my lack of knowledge of foreign holidays. What is Australia Day in celebration of? The day it was discovered by explorers, the day it gained Nationhood? Normally I would just use Google, but I find having a conversation to learn new things can be so much more rewarding.
