Asbury Haunted Castle-bug?

I of course have the patched version (1074v) of Arcanum and I have come across a rather unpleasant bug(?). The haunted castle in Ashbury , when you go in there and look, on floor 2 you will find a greater Leach in a big big big sleepingroom. When i had killed it and should go back to the inn to sleep , the game bugs and and you can clicl on things but nothing will happen , also some numbers will come up. What kind of a problem is this , have anyone also have the same problem?

Also, I'm pretty sure it's "Lich."
