   Hi everyone,
   how does one open and edit the extracted .art files?
   might be an obvious question, but i couldn't find the answer in the few places i looked.

   Use, the program Art2Bmp, or good ArtViewer made by russian people
   
   Actually if you want to edit files, you have to use also Bmp2Art.
