I fyou are playing a good character, you might want to save your arrows instead of selling them all. Later after returning from Tsen Ang, Raven joins you. She uses a magical bow and when she runs out of arrows, you'll either have to equip her with some sword or gun (which she does not handle well btw). I gave her all the arrwos I had collected so far, problem solved. I never used the bow, up close and personal is what counts.
True, ranged weapons never did much for me. Arrows are relitivley cheap. Im not sure if there is a Schematic for arrows
