Looks pretty much like the box I have, except for the PC CD-ROM tag in the upper left corner. It's one of them cheap cases they have DVD-movies in isn't it?
That's the latset relaese, as far as I know. The previous release was that xplosiv release. I searched half of Belgium for both releases, but have not been able to find any of them. I think the one you posted was UK based (just a guess, but all the offers on eBay seem to be from the UK, AFAIK).
