This is why no one should get trips to Disneyland, I don't care how sick you may be.

Meh, the only thing I can think is that she'd probably look good with hair.

And I'm not really sure on that either.

Her behavior is scarily similar to that of my estranged mother.

Or you can scam her attempt to make restitution and make a quick $100.

As much as I love money, $100 isn't worth the time it would take to scam her. Maybe if I could make a grand...

Would of put one through her before, but her character is just too damn disgusting to even consider ever doing her even if she now looked like Katie Perry.

I can't help the way I am. Being just another of GOD's children, am I not still learning the way? Are we not all just learning how to be? Do I not deserve forgiveness? Should I not be loved by my neighbor? Perhaps I am lost and am in need of guidance? Are you not, just one walking contradiction Jungle Japes. Eat shit and get shot.

I don't particularly want to go to Disney World, but the thought of not being a nothing--even for just a short while--is almost too enticing to pass up.

She looks pretty cute with hair and integrity.

This is a shame. I understand that this blew up into something much larger than it was ever meant to be, but understanding why it happened in the first place remains an obstacle.

On the other hand, she has cancer now. Perhaps this is a less a hoax and more fund raising in advance of actual need, kind of like insurance.

'Giving' to charities is a popular modern social construct in developed 'Western' countries. A quick donation to cancer, Haiti, or the Philippines buys you an ounce of honor, dignity, respect, and holier than thou-ness online or at the charity bucket in front of Publix.

Such blind unquestioning compassion can be taken advantage of, given the present circumstances. A 1% condition where there is a lack of security or appropriate probing inquiry into the use of the funds or the legitimacy of the individual....a lack of mental defenses, if you will.

There are many willing victims too. A con-man can make a good deal if they're crafty and clever about it. It's not the compassion that is at fault, it is the lack of questioning inquiry and/or in combination with social pressure to adapt to how others 'do the right thing' given circumstances where both factors can work appropriately well within the social climate (say at a charity rally of some sort or a PETA convention or a general public city gathering with minimal background checks).

I meant that for me personally, understanding why a person would begin the hoax in the first place. The key may be in that the girl has an unreasonable desire for attention and will go to unreasonable lengths to acquire attention. Lacking this, I may not be equipped to understand why someone would pursue this, understanding how terribly wrong it likely would go.

I agree that there is some social pressure to donate to a cause and that there often isn't much follow up on where the money goes.

Yeah, I don't think the solution to this is for everybody to stop giving to charity.

So instead we must question cases of charity to deem whether or not they're "worthy of giving?"
That's crazy talk. Then again, I suppose anyone in a position to give money or any other commodity away to charity should at least investigate said charity before donating.

I would curb stop the malinguiring cunt. If I met her in real life, I would get her pregnant, live happy for 7 months and then I would turn on her. Take a sledgehammer her pregnant belly and then force feed her her own child once I had teared it out of her exposed uterus. Should she develop cancer for real in the future, I would shed a tear of happyness and relief, that there is some sense of cosmic balance somewhere after all.
