Well, no and maybe. You will not show any number higher than that 20, but some things keep climbing unseen. Your skills do go higher than 20/4, you just can't see it. Your Evil - O - Meter has an underlying regester that goes way beyond + 100 to - 100. But that is accademic, as there will be no bonus beyond the number shown, no mater the color.
I haven't got the evil meter to go (in background) over +100. I have gotten quests that put me way over 100 but as soon as I pickpocket a good guy it goes to 99! Thats why I save talking to the quest giver when quest is done. When I need to get back to 100 I finish the quest. Parmanian
