After you make a reply to a multi page thread, you are told "hey thanks, now click here to see the thread or click here to go to the forum" if you do click to see the thread you just replied to (or after a while of waiting) you are brought back to the 1st page of the thread. NOT the last page. Any possibility that you can make it so that after posting a reply to a multi page thread, you are brought back to the LAST PAGE of that thread. So that you can see your post. Rather than having to click there yourself.

Any chances of that? Huh Calis? Huh?

I'm with DU. It is a pain in the butt to have it go to the first page.

There are a lot of things I have noticed that could be changed. For example, the topic overview that's below when you post? It also goes back to page one when you post. I have thought about this but I'm no php programmer. I'll talk to Calis about it next time I see him on irc.

    Hey guys,

I'll look into it some time, but this will require some l33t h4xX0ring on my part. I will have to:
    - pass on the number of the last page to the iline frame in the reply form
    - add a query to the reply handler so it figures out which page is the last after you post and send you there

I Will Look Into It At Some Point. (tm)

I changed the reply thing. It was surprisingly simple to do, too.

Actually, Calis, the fix doesn't work for me...I think. I remember posting earlier in the day, and being taken back to the first page.

    Jar,

I fixed that just now. Should work like a charm now.

    DU,

That'll be fairly difficult to implement so I'm not doing that. I don't think it's worth the effort, sorry.

An adendum to the proposal (which has been wonderfully implemented). What about editing posts? If you edit a post and then re-submit, it takes you back to the 1st page, NOT the page on which the post that you edited is. Could you fix this as well?
