After Armeggeddon Pilot Topic/Discussion

I'm interested in starting a non Arcanum role play (bad thing?) set in the American southwest (and other regions eventually) after nuclear war. Yeah, sorta like fallout, but i'm going to take a more realistic route, and it would take place only five or ten years after the initial devestation. I've mulled the idea over in my head for a while, even considered trying it in novel form, but i don't have the time/connections for that right now. Point being, i think i might have a good story here.

I've got a background story mostly written up. I've tried this in a couple other forums, but the people were either poor writers, or decided to act like super-men in the first couple posts and ruin the story by killing everyone. I'm hoping things would be better here based on what i've seen. In any case, if anyone would be interested, either post here or email me at dr_strangelove8@hotmail.com
