You see? Two of them already respect my opinion. It seem that i'm in the right way.
By the way, Yuki, ytzk, you both have been randomly selected for sacrifice in spite of the mankind's survival.
    Jojobobo, you live.

I certainly would be a wise choice, especially when compared to Yuki.

The robots would replace human police officers, as people make illogical mistakes based on either the heat of the moment or loving the rush of brutalizing innocent people. I'd rather a cold machine determined who was and wasn't breaking the law...Sure, there's a risk of moral dilemmas such as a person stealing food to survive, but unless the robots become sentient I'm unsure of what agenda they'd have other than mine.

Also, Yuki's right. That plant allows people to have fun without giving them a hangover. There are also alleged medical applications.

Psychiatrists and psychologists shouldn't be allowed to tell people what insight they may or may not have into their condition - what other illnesses can a doctor do that with?

"Sir, you have stage four liver cancer."

"Huh. Well, I don't want to continue chemotherapy or radiation. If all I can do is possibly prolong my life by four more months, I think I'll let myself go."

"I'm sorry, you lack insight into your condition. Well have to hospitalize you until you're no longer a threat to yourself by allowing your body to die of cancer sooner."

Psychology is a pseudoscience, and psychiatry is bought by people trying to sell drugs that, on occasion, aren't fully tested for safety and can make problems worse.

The robots would monitor such sessions between doctors and their patients, and would (using a comprehensive assembly of biochemical reactions from medications in conjunction with human metabolic profiles from the patients, as well as data from previous sessions) determine who of the two people in the room were delusional during the appointment.

Why are there so many ossies here jesus

My theory is all the copies of Arcanum went to Australia, that's why the game did so poorly financially.

It's because we're ten years in the past compared to the rest of the western world, and so is Arcanum.

    Sigh.

Did you really have to become a cop? Come on.

Oh well then, I suppose it must begin with me force-feeding some fat strewth to death, and end with Zanza shooting me in the head after finding his tranny's head in a cardboard box the only day it's ever going to rain in Australia, adjustments to the script done to accomodate local and personal conditions and all.

    Seriously, I had other plans.

I'm not sure that's an accepted use of the word 'strewth'.

Also, for the record, last week's heat wave and forest fires have given way to catastrophic floods... again.

Somewhere in between there was a twister made of fire, which is a new one.

My theory is that Australia is located above an extensive ancient Indian burial ground.
