About Madam Lil and her girls

Well...I dunno. A lot of the dialogue options you get as a dwarf are pretty interesting if they involve women.
"Dwarven women are much more beautiful than you damned ugly humans."
"Where are all of our women?"
>"You know we don't speak of such things! You're a dwarf, for Alberich's sake!"
To be honest, I think that all of the short, stocky women you see wandering around town, described as humans or halflings, are really the art planeed for female dwarves.

 

Errr...Maybe not.

However male prostitutes are planned for my mod and they may make it into a later version of my hack.

Just to be clear:
Mod = stand alone game
Hack = Changes to main game

There's a James Bond-esque man who hangs out at the bar. His race is unclear. Basically he can be whatever a paying customer wants him to be.
Then there's the simple orc labourer who comes home sweaty after a hard day being manly and wants a "wumman". (Actually he's a reasonably intelligent half-orc but he puts on the act because he gets more custom that way).

 

Interesting. Well...maybe there'll be a hack with that dialogue, then. I wasn't certain whether or not your mod would make changes to Arcanum and keep the main story or what.
