Hi everyone. I'd like to ask, if there's a way to play Arcanum English version with a friend, the main campain?

    Thanks.

Well, sort of, I think the A:WIP co-op project from here is sorta what you're looking for. Kinda.

As far, as I understand, this is a co-op mode, which can be played trough hamachi, or something like that, or just a network, with a friend, two people in a team. Also, this is a new module, which isn't the main storyline one.

Am I right about this, or I'm wrong somewhere, if I am, please correct me.

    Thanks!

A:WIP is the entire Arcanum module with some stuff added, it's Arcanum alright.

Hm, I was unable to find the list of the stuff added. Could I get it? Also, I am right, that no one else will be able to join the game, except me and my friend, right?

    Thanks!

Yes, if you know how Hamachi works, you'll know you set up a 'local network' with selected members, so you can host a LAN game and only you and your friend can join.

Also, A:WIP doesn't work with the GOG version, as far as I know.

Sorry, I'm not sure what is a COG version, could you explain?

And again, for the list, I guess there isn't one, so maybe you could name some... most noticable things? Me and my friend like authentic stuff, so We'd like to know, what we might expect. :)

GOG = Good Old Games, a cheap source of older games. It has a version of Arcanum.

The list of changes is long, but all well integrated into the main campaign. Once you install it, you'll find the changes in-game, in the form of 6-8 books. Mostly it fixes bugs and adds side-quests.

One example, an halfling village in Cumbria with a few stores and a side-quest. A-WIP is very worthwhile.

I thought you needed to enter the PS&S catacombs. Or even Bates estate.

And I didn't know about MultiArcanum! Sorry!
