    Alright, so Jar's dead. It's all sunk in by now, although yesterday I had to go through a whole box of gingerbread cookies just to get by. I know full well how pathetic this sounds, but it's odd how news of the death of a person you never actually knew in the real sense of the word could make you feel sadness and loss, but there you go. I can't even begin to imagine how his family must feel.

    I regret not being around much during the glory days of YeahYeah2001 and Hel Khat. However, matt_thorn, Sleek_Jeek, Chalupa Cobra... they were all subjects to the heavy-duty flaming machine that was Jarinor. When regulars talk about the good old days, they refer to the flamey old days, which would had been a good deal less flamey if not for Jar.

    Fuck, Jarinor was the House of Lords.

    No matter how snide and sarcastic we think we are, we'll never even get close to Jarinor. Just accept it, fuckwits.

    And Jarinor... You fucking rule, dude.

    Aye, I agree fully.

    I recently remembered that I have met Jarinor here, in the beginning of my membership. One of Grossens posts remembered me of this.
    And I, too, felt sad to hear that Jar was dead.

    Rest in peace, Jarinor.

    Guys, I am as saddened as you are to hear about Jar's "death". Let's just recap a couple of facts before we go burying him, shall we?

    1. Unless I've totally missed it, we have no proof of Jar's death, other than DarkUnderlord's statement. Like I say, I may have missed the boat, but his post was the only one I've seen in reference to any "death".

    2. He's not called DarkUnderlord for nothing. His pranks are numerous and usually cruel in nature. I can picture him laughing right now as he reads all the posts and memoriams to Jar.

    Maybe I'm just an ass. But I would like to see something conclusive before I totally believe that the ol' cod-sack is gone.

    How dare you question the nature of Jarinor's death?

    There have been numerous threads about it in the staff forum with lots of links to proof, but I believe that most of it has been removed from the internet, it has been over 6 months you know.

    there are no articles in any of the queensland newspapers online that mention a car accident 6 months ago involving two brothers.

    just thought i should mention that. i, too, require definitive proof before i go from queasy to mournful.

    I was planning on not posting in this thread until DU told you all it was a joke. Then I was gonna laugh at you for falling for it.

    But if he really is dead, I feel stupid knowing that the only things I ever said to him were newbish attempts at flaming him.
