Actually Jerry would. Im typing this on behalf of my good friend Jerry. The girl he is madly in love with isnt religious, but her parents are Baptist and have strong anti-pagan feelings. As ill-luck would have it, Jerry is pagan and her parents have forbidden him to even look at her. What should he do?

I think Jerry should disembowel a goat and go with whatever the entrails say.

    HAHAHAHA good one sheriff.
Jerry should look upp in hte law and se if they can stop him. Err.. how old is Jerry and the girl?
If they can't stop him: Go ahead.
If they can stop him: Do it anyway.
If neither works I would go with the sheriff.

anti pagan feelings  that is still making me laugh. Of course I once wanted this Jehova's Witness chick ohmygod. So I went to a couple of the meetings and talked with them about the deal. Tell your friend that all principles must bow before that most primal of urges and to act accordingly.

There's quite a divide between Paganism and Baptist! What kind of Pagan is "your friend Jerry", anyway? A Druid? Does he worship a certain pantheon of deities? Is animal sacrifice involved? Is human sacrifice involved?
In any case, I think "Jerry's" chances are slim. I doubt that the girl's parents are going to give up their beliefs, and even if "Jerry" renounces his Paganism, the girl's parents are already aware of it. No, I think "Jerry" should find himself a nice Pagan girl and move on.

And YeaYea, stay away from my ...I mean, keep "Jerry" away from my sheep.

Hmm, doesn't Pegan mean "not christian"?

Anyways, this is why I dislike religion, such pointless and meaningless bad feelings. I say Jerry should help me destroy religion and then there will be no problem.

pagan is a non-monotheist i.e. non-christian, jew or muslim. I'm thinking that is CA one is more likely to be a heathen than a pagan. Althought out by barstow....

    Ah, perhapse I was thinking of heathenism(if that's a word). I myself am an Athiest/Agnostic; I don't think there's a god, but I'll allow for the possibility.

Jerry has the same beliefs as me. We both worship the 6 elements. Earth, Air, Fire, Water, Life, Death. And they are both 17. I dont understand, Jerry is a nice guy, my parents say hes sweet.

Kandelon get off the fence, either you believe or you don't. Agnostic that is like a person who drinks light beer. oh and there in no such word as heathenism.

    Life and Death are elements?

ThreeDogs, you are correct. Hedonism on the other hand is a word and something that is fun to practice. :hump:

I think he should sacrifice his girlfriend to the Earth God. Provided she's a virgin. If not, she should be sacrificied in the name of Fire. If it's the Earth sacrifice he chooses, the advice would be to throw her in a volcano. Fire would, of course, mean burning her alive at a stake.

    Hope that helps.

**Rubs the spot between his eyes** Dark, Jerry and Sasha love eachother, I DONT think its condusive to a meaningfull relationship if you burn your girlfriend at the stake. And yes Life and Death are elements. In my sect of Paganisum, Elements are anything that has control over mortal men.

Of course it is. The proper way to sacrifice a girlfriend is through ritual flaying.

It's weird about what you said, Vlad, 'cos when I looked Paganism up in the dictionary (after finding out it's not in my encyclopedia) both "heathen" and "hedonism" were used in the descriptions.

As far as I can tell, paganism is not an actual religion. It's just a category of religions having polytheistic beliefs and faith in some form of witchcraft or other ritual magic. Excamples would be Wicca (wicca wicca wild wild west) and the Roman pre-Christian religious system.

Pagan and Wicca are acutal acknowleaged religions. Its ironic, the pagans are far older than christianity, yet almost 1/8th of the world is Christian

    thats very harsh
    how old are they?
if they are in the legal age i think
parents cant do anything about it
or maybe jerry can sacrifice and convert religion
until they get married or something
then he can do his old ways again
