A Quick Location Question

Okay, im lookin to buy some small steam engines, now i remember seeing them for sell in some town during my travels, but i cant seem to remember where. can someone please help me?

I think all of the inventor sells them. I know the Tarant inventor definitely sells it. You just need to sleep outside their store for a few days. You should sleep about one screen away else the items won't change.

 

You could also try the Wheel Clan. I believe that the technology shop there has them all the time.

 

The Wheel Clan is the only place I know of that sells them. I have never found them in any other store. I must not look hard enough.
