In some countries people mix both drinking and working. :)
and after work they're drunk "up to condition of tree-pieces"

Do you mean they fell into a wood-chipper, or they're, "sawing logs (snoring)?"

Yes... Although they both have their pros and cons

    Working
    Pros:Gets you money

Pros:Makes you adept to menial work

    Cons:Makes you stressed

Cons:Gives you less time to do other things and takes a huge chunk out of your day.

    Drinking
    Pros: Makes you happy!

    Pros: Quenches your thirst
menial work. and makes you feel fancy at the same time.

Cons:Costs money, a lot of money

Cons:May cause serious brain damage, liver damage, kidney damage, pancreas damage, stomach damage, rectum damage,
skin damage, hair damage, bad blood circulation, loss of muscles, and unhealthy blood pressure, but still makes you happy at the same time.

Drinking can also make you sad, and sad, and well, just really depressed.

Alcohol is supposed to be a depressant. However, if you drink it (a lot of it) while under the influence of anti-depressants, you just get happy.
    And, "charming."
    And, "suave."
Note; My use of quotations denotes that the quoted item never happens.

By the way, is it possible outside Russia to buy alcohol if you are under 18 or 21?

If I'll drink the Hospital's alcohol I'm pretty sure that I'm gonna pass out, the alcohol is like pure pure pure alcohol.

It kind of depends on how much you drink. Just drink a little less than half as much as when you drink vodka and you should be ok.

Cover your nose, and drink it. It will taste just like water.

Why the worries? In theory, alcohol is a tasteless substance, isn't it?
