Also, not many people are using it, so you'll become something like a center of attraction if u use that thing.

Technology is the tool of the devil!

I mean, scooters are for yuppies...I saw a person this year riding around on a motorised scooter, looking down her nose at everyone...I wanted to pull her off that scooter very badly...

I hear those things are going to cost $3000! Uh, no. I could buy two cars that are half as shitty as the one I have now with that much money.

    Ginger sucks.

    1. It can only transport one person with a small baggage. You can do much better with a bicycle or motorbike it you don't want to use your precious energy on peddling.
    2. It's price is only for youppies. To buy a set for an avaerage 4 people family you need 12000$ - neat.
    3. When it rains it gives you absolutely no protection.
    4. It's a burden to carry it around.
    5. Low power - how do they want people to use it for example in Los Angeles.
    6. Again the price. You buy a car to get to the center and then switch to 3000$ Ginger to travel the last few hundreds meters? Better take a walk I say.

    It has two good features.

    1. You can't fall off - though I bet I'd manage to
    2. Low energy consumption - at least what they're saying.

Now it they made a skateboard or roller-skates from which you couldn't fall it would be lots of fun

you better complain to saint, and get him to do new art if you ever want it.

the alternative is that people make art, and we add it to the ranks if it fits.

Nah - I wish I had, but I didn't did it myself. Lysa forwarded it to me.

I'm actually thinking of getting a scooter. In London they make a lot of sense. I've got a 15-20 minute walk to work, which would be halved, and I'd get a bit of much-needed exercise.

Now I just need to work out how to ride one without looking like a yuppy tosser. I thought a camo one would be the way to go, but maybe I'll need to beat it up a bit too and weld some spikes to it or something.

Like something out of "The Road Warrior"?
Why not do what antique dealers do to fake the aging process: buy a new scooter and bury it in the back yard for a few months.
    Or forever.
