I was going to say that whales couldn't too, but then looked into it, and saw that some can at least partially jump out of the water, but jumping out of the water isn't really jumping it's called something that I don't remember.

 

Breaching is what it's called...whales and some sharks can breach water. And dolphins. And skeletal fish. And squid. it's really not that special.
