Yes, they can't handle a higher mode of thought where thinking is done quickly. They are wimps.

Whoa, lets not piss her off, she might bust out the Vorpal rollingpin and teach us a lesson in manners.

You don't need to worry about the rolling pin so much as her frying pan of mighty cleaving.

No, it's a frock of sprinting and springing. God, how much of a geek am I?
EDIT* Obviously a massive geek. I JUST got that today (4-2-06). Thought you said cleaving.

Don't worry, you're not that much of a geek. I'm pretty sure it is "Striding and Springing" but I don't feel geekish enough to look it up.

Yes, but the frock of mighty cleavage...if only I had read that correctly.

Forgive me for posting back on topic, but there does indeed seem to be new members registered every time I come here. Is there really that many other people still interested in Arcanum to bother registering all the time and never posting?

I think its a scrypt in the background thats relisting unused users to keep us all on our toes. That or Wolfie's got a lot of free time on his hands....

Thanks Tongs, now its gonna bug me every time I come here!

Yeah, I noticed a lot of new names the week I first logged in. Now I don't take notice unless they start posting.

Thats the creepy bit, they never post. Its like ghosts in the machine.
$5 says its one guy spawning zombie user names for whatever reason.

    Glad I could help.

Or DU has a competition running with mods from other forums so he creates imaginary minions to make himself look cool.

I like that, it works. An evil genius at work....
Question is, who's he competing with, and why bother?

Actually, it's not that long since he cleaned the forums and deleted a couple thousand accounts...

Huh...I don't have the patience to do something like that. I do like the whole Goldfinger aspect of this situation, however. If DU has some sort of fluffy cat, or iguana to pet as he deletes these accounts (or makes them)...well, let's just say someone is going to have a very long bout of laughter.

Cant you just picture it? DU with his pinky next to his mouth,
saying, "...I'll delete your account if you dont give me...
    ...one...million...dollars...!"

BTW, from what I can tell, most of the zombie-users have no account details, and many of them have cat names....

Hmmm...sounds like an evil plot to me. Alright, so we need a debonaire super spy, some hot women in skimpy clothes with funny names, and maybe a car that doubles as a submarine. Any takers?
