Rarely used, than judge used this power on a arson case where the DA didnot show the person was able to set the fire with evident the jury was voteing on feeling and that the woman laywer from the DA was beautiful sexly looking. The guy live near by and went out to watch the fire with alots of other people who live near by.

The judge cannot overrule than not guiety vertict to guielty verict.

Back then In NY State to serive on the jury you have to own a house or land. The US Hightest Court ended that practive they so by State Driver and State ID( same department just your card say you cannot drive a motorize vehicle.) or voter reguration to pick the jury pool.

Plus the Woman attn wasnot beautiful to me personal, you could see her ribs when she was fulled clothes, not enought meat on her at all. Plus when voteing on a jury I go by evident only, not look of lawyer.

He's an controversial radio talk show host, because he's ridiculously conservative, and he says things like "multiculturalism is the weapon of those who have failed to succeed." Basically he has a few points surrounded by a lot of ridiculous, unsympathetic horse shit. I found a book of his my dad read, I'm sort of skimming through it lately. He has a chapter on sexual harassment and he makes some good points on why it can be extremely vague and overblown, but he keeps coming back to ridiculous points on how some women like it, so why spoil it for the rest? and women really should just be removed from some workplaces all together.
