No help needed anymore :) The problem is solved - it turned out that a number if files in the DATA folder were corrupt, so I just deleted them :)
I installed everything as needed, but when I start to choose perks (Army training, Special person etc) and come to the new ones the game crashes....
Separate names with a comma.
