ok i have worked out how to do this now , the easiest way is to place a monster from the selection of monsters(obvious eh!!) and change the art to the one named kergnXAa or kr1uwXAa, and you end up with a character that is see throughish like arronax is on the journey 2 the wheel clan.

    On topic:
There's actually a... "something" whatever it's called, that lets you change the transparency (alpha) of an NPC. Right-click the NPC --> Edit them and you find it in there... Somewhere. Damn, it's been so long. Down the bottom I think, perhaps in the "light" option?

Anyway, I think it's a value from 0-255, that sets the level of transparency. It's how you make ghosts and stuff et al.

Our guest is corrct. Place whichever creature or person you would like. Then go to the edit window. Near the bottom right corner there is a button that says "Blend..." click on it and it will bring up a window asking if you would like to use the constant alpha. By default it says No, click on it and it will enable you to change the numeric value below it. The lower that number the more see through the critter, 255 is totally visable. I believe this is what you are looking for.
