Well, the correct answer would be H2O in that case. Water, steam and Ice being the three forms.

From sun down to sun up I stare out across the sea.
But while with sun up I can only blink in the brightness.
With the sun down I can blink out the brightness.

Must be a question mark then.

    Nother one:

A boy was at a carnival and went to a booth where a man said to the boy, "If I write your exact weight on this piece of paper then you have to give me $50, but if I cannot, I will pay you $50."

The boy looked around and saw no scale so he agrees, thinking no matter what the carny writes he'll just say he weighs more or less.

In the end the boy ended up paying the man $50. How did the man win the bet?

    Yes. Next:

    "You can see nothing else
When you look in my face,
I will look you in the eye
    And I will never lie."

    Correct, new one:
My love, when I gaze on thy beautiful face,
Careering along, yet always in place,
The thought has often come into my mind
If I ever shall see thy glorious behind.

He was thrown in a vat of water, and the water that was displaced was collected and measured. He then dissected and liquidised the kid, and by measuring the density and volume of the resulting sludge, he worked out what the weight of the kid is.

He then took $50 from the now unguarded wallet.

Hmm ... this seems like another one of those ones. Did he write "your exact weight" on a piece of paper?

Actually, the guy in the stand had cleverly constructed a scale hidden just beneath the dirt where the boy was standing, so he could read the boy's exact weight on a small display under his counter. He wrote the boy's exact weight on the paper, and when the boy lied about it, the carny pulled out a hidden scale from under the table, and told the boy to get on it so they could prove who was wrong. Of course, the carny was right, and the boy paid him the 50$.

Of course, some would argue that Sheriff's answer is correct as well, but i'm not one to listen to such silly arguments

    Kylie Minogue? :-?

He has to be lying, because if everything he said actually was a lie, then he would not be able to to tell you the truth, that everything he says to you is a lie.
