Tech Manuals sold in Tarant

Greetings everyone, for my first post, I would like to know if anyone has used any tech manuals being sold in the Tarant University sector. I spend my 750 and can't read it! Yes, my character is very tech.

 

Every tech manual in the backpack increases your level of expertise in that area. Don't try to read them, just put the number of manuals you need into your backpack, create the item, then save the manuals into an inside container so you may retrieve them again at a later time.

 

Whew! Thanks for clearing that up. Finished the game a few times with different chars and never understood what's up with those expensive manuals!

 

Glad I could help. The same happened with me. The game's manual does not explain how to use tech manuals and the fansites didn't either at the time. Then I checked skill stats with manuals and without and figured it out....finally!....hehe
