    A while ago, i found this schematic in Gilbert Bates' factory (the one where u had to stay to kill the thieves that came after midnight). At the time, i was level 13, so i couldnt learn it. I got gunsmithy doctorate now, and it wont let me put it into the hand icon in my inventory to learn it. The little marks either side of the hand turn red. I got perception 19 and intelligence 19 so what the hell is the problem?

    You cannot learn this schematic, it's part of a quest for the thieves underground. Bugger eh?

    WAIT! There is another building beside the factory and there is a schematic there...I gave it to the thief and he accepted...?!?!?!?
