I like how they are multistage, like rockets.

Just you wait, you'll soon be able to crumble them even further. Lo, the days of the piko-SIM is ahead!

Yeah, when I saw how the nano SIM arrived, I wondered if I could have just shaved off the edges of my previous micro SIM to make it the same size.

    Good morning.

Some burglars came to my grandma's house thinking it was empty. But she was there and chase them away with her walking stick. All of this at the charming age of 98 years.

    Good morning.

I'm imagining this scene along with a lot of Italian gesticulating and "Eyyy!" type noises.

    "It's a-me, Barabbah's grand-a-ma! Get outta ma house-a!"

    Good morning.

Do you ever think about elephants? Like, how weird must it be to have your nose extend out from your face and be able to pick things up with it.

Mind you, elephants probably think that it's weird that humans can pick things up with their front feet.

    Good morning.

I'll splice Mark Zuckerberg with an elephant. Front feet and prehensile nose will MERGE!

    I shall call him...

    ... FACEFOOT!

    Good evening.

I had watched the show before, but had forgotten about that sketch until Dark Elf referenced it.

My memory ain't what it used to be.

    Good morning.

Every cell in your entire body has been replaced since you made this thread. Did you get crappy replacements, or why does your memory suck?

    Good evening.

Today I was talking to a young woman, and she mentioned the film "Spiderman 2" and I was like "Ah, do you mean the Sam Raimi slash Tobey Maguire one, or the The Amazing Spiderman one?" Of course I thought I was being all knowledgeable about films and stuff, but she looked at me like I was babbling nonsense and said "It had Tom Holland in it".

Did I mention I'm old now?

    Good morning.

I dunno man, I rate Iron Man 1, Captain America 2, and Thor 3 as the best ones.

    Good morning.

I hated they resorted to aliens and extraterrestrial stuff to expand the stories. And I do love Star Wars. Oh well, I just hate both's directions after being purchased by Dysnei....

    Good morning.

I know what you mean. Although both DC and Marvel lean pretty heavily into aliens, so that was unavoidable really.

What I dislike the most is when they introduce magic. For one thing it's ill defined. A character who can do magic is able to do anything they want with seemingly no restrictions. It also seems like a step too far into fantasy, as opposed to sci-fi. And it raises the question of why magical heroes seem to have been absent from history until the present day. It all requires me to suspend my disbelief to an unsustainable level.

    Good morning.
