I had to look it up on the internet, because I never heard of this. Is it worth to download it on your computer?

    Yes.

It might take some time to get used to it, but it's worth it.

Firefox has been getting really system-intense and laggy for me as of late. This is the exact reason I switched from IE to Firefox in the first place.

Maybe I'll install Chrome and give it a whirl sometime soon.

I am now a believer in Safari, whether on Mac or PC. Been using it for a year now, no problems.

I'm using Firefox for a year or so and I'm really pleased. Used Opera before, never liked IE. I'm trying to avoid Microsoft as much as I can and I've managed to limit myself to the OS itself and MS Office, because of the fact that I have Windows for free from the MSDNAA and because OpenOffice really sucks.

I'm quite happy with Firefox, it serves my need nicely and doesn't have the chronic ability to give me the shits that IE seems to have.

So far my only to complaints are that opening a new tab opens at a page that displays your browser history and you can't reset it to open as blank or at your homepage. But you can work around it by adding a button for a blank page and opening that in a new tab its annoying though. And there is a bookmarks bar that you can fill with quick launch icons, I'd rather close it and have one less piece of menu on screen but the only way to get to the bookmarks drop menu is via that bar.

Songbird is pretty cool. It's like Firefox had a threesome with iTunes and WinAMP.

But I tried Chrome about a year ago. Didn't like it. Maybe it wasn't far enough into the beta yet.

I have been using Google chrome for a while now.
I have one issue with it.
When you open it up, you are presented with screen-shots of a few of your most visited sites. Most would say, 'But hey, what's wrong with that? That’s a good idea! Don’t fuck with Google chrome or I'll fuck with you!" Or you know something like that. To which I would reply, my most visited sites are of course Youporn and Redtube. On a 42 inch screen, my girlfriend opens up Chrome and gets a nice surprise every time.
But yeah, other than that issue, Google Chrome is great and very efficient.

I assume you meant ilk? Or did you intend to compare us to a breed of what is essentially deer? (Because I am dear, but not in that particular way.)

Ha, no. I was In fact, referring to the Benevolent and Protective Order of Elks to indicate that you might be of a certain social group or share a mutual viewpoint. I do indeed apologise for the confusion. Perhaps not many people would make that link without having it explained to them. Also i wouldnt dream of having the balls to refer to you all as a type of deer.
