Hey, what's up, guys. I've been working on a module for Arcanum for the past 5 months, and finally it's DONE. Since you guys seem to me like faithful Arcanum fans, I decided to release my module here.

The module is named 'Delirium of Evil'. You start as a noble hero who must free a kingdom occupied by orcs. However, how you go from there depends only on your roleplaying skills.

Here's the list of features to get you interested.

    1. Diversity of role play. You can be smart or stupid, evil or good.
    2. Heavy C&C. You can kill NPCs, or may spare their lives. Nobody's judging your shit, everything is possible.
    3. Replayability. Every playthrough will be different. You get 10 big dungeons out of 50 random ones with over 200 unique items.
    4. Sandbox style. You start in a capital of a kingdom which is occupied by orcish tribes. You can explore villages, towns, forests and dungeons all over the place. No real storyline, you can get almost any quest at any time!
    5. Realism. I bet it was irritating that even the most rich gnomes in Tarant had tiny apartments? The rich people in DoE live in 3 storied buildings, with all their family, servants and guards. Not enough trees and bushes in the original module? There's literally hundreds of them in DoE. The world won't feel empty anymore. That's what I call IMMERSION.
    6. Be evil. Always wanted to play as a true bad guy? Now you can rape babies and kill grannies. Or the other way round. Freedom, man, FREEDOM.
    7. Not boring anymore. Dialogs are not overloaded with unnecessary details like in the original game. In DoE dialogs are compact and straight to the point, they don't ruin the fast pace of the game. This lets you explore the game world without any annoyances!
    8. Sex. This is a MATURE game, fuck yeah! You can have sex with most NPCs which belong to the main story arc. Moaning sounds included!
    9. Intense combat. Armor and weapons have been reworked, and stats of most monsters have been tweaked as well. Now everybody has high resistances and lots of HPs, so combat doesn't end in 10 secs. Now you can play HARDCORE style.
    10. Over 20 followers, each with different skills and abilities (werewolves and vampires included). No annoying backstories, you can get most of them right from the start without any trouble!

Needless to say, Delirium of Evil does a major update to Arcanum's role playing system. No more annoyances and boring dialogs. Only fast paced action. Even dialogs are INTENSE.

Some quotes from people who've tested the module:
    "That cunt's THE RPG."
    "Fuck."
"Shit, man, I don't know what to say..."
"This shit blew my mind apart like a baby in a microwave!"
    "So dicking good!"

Do I need to say more?

You can download the module here or here. Unpack the file to the "modules" folder, then choose the module in options. Enjoy, and be sure to spread the word!

The rickrolling is quite relevant, since the only true part on the module is that you are tasked to save a kingdom. Once you try to leave the castle you get rickrolled.

I certainly hope the OP didn't really spend 5 months on this.

I can vouch for there being no noticable bugs or glitches in the mod.

I love Rick Ashley's number one hit, but I'd rather just Google it than download a game's mod to be honest.

Thanks anyway, Old Monk, for spreading the music!
