i can't seem to find anyone who'll say anything more specific about it, yet i have the quest to go there. in fact, i have 2 entries in my journal. one to find their city and the other to find it and report back to raven.

any and all advice is welcome.

Solve the Minsk book mystery and you'll have the map for it's location.

I'd give you the co-ordinates but it's set to be marked only. No pop-up.

A cheat is to go to the Caladon graveyard with a shovel and dig up the Minsk grave

Raven tells you to find the city of the Dark Elves, do you remember what else she said? She tells you that a human once came to the Glimmering Forest to study the Dark Elves (SPOILER: His name is Renford A. Terwilliger). He found their city and wrote a book about it (and I think she even tells you the name of the book)(EDIT: No she doesn't). She tells you this human came from Tarant which, coincidentally, has a library, and a hall of records that keeps a census of everyone who lives there. Perhaps you should start your search there...

Also, be sure to stop by Edward Willoughsby's house and the warehouse district for some interesting new side quests.

EDIT: Another thing you can do is ask Virgil what you should be doing. He can point you in the right direction. If he's not in your party, save your game and in the load game screen, when you select your game, you'll find some hints as well.

A slightly faster way would be to go straight to the Roseborough cemetery and dig up the Misk grave there. Co-ordinates are 1752W x 1514S, north of Caladon on the western coastline. Also, it's Misk, not Minsk. Not sure why everyone makes that mistake.

And I didn't catch that I had listed the wrong city - never mind about the guy's name. :smash:

Phillip Misk is buried in Caladon, while his father is interred in Roseborough.

Go for the eyes, Boo, go for the eyes!
Definitely check Willoughsby's quest, in case you are either an persuader or in need of a technologic follower.
