How do i install??

Im a bit new to this with mods and all but now i downloaded first , the cargo held mod , and the remove lv cAP. But i dont know how to install them . plz help me someone?

 

I have the lastest patch , and on the cargo hold file i stands "cargo_hold_v1_0"

 

Ok , now id manage to install it but......it doesent work when i click the " go below deck" the game just stops ....

 

I'd suggest reading the readme
Make sure you have the map files where they need to go.
